Removes the obsolete
plugins/feeds/directory and itsCOPYline inevent_processor.Dockerfile.Why
The plugin was the old ThreatWinds egress service (sent UTMStack incident entities to ThreatWinds via customer-manager). It's deprecated and no longer used in v11.
